Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on the visible conditions at the time of evaluation. Pricing may change if site conditions differ, additional services are requested, or unforeseen issues are discovered during the project.

Estimates are valid for a limited time and are subject to availability and seasonal demand.


Scheduling and Access

Service scheduling is based on availability, weather conditions, and seasonal demand. Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property during scheduled service times.

Aspen Property Services is not responsible for delays caused by weather, site conditions, utilities, third parties, or events beyond our control.


Weather Conditions

Many services are weather dependent. Service dates may be adjusted due to rain, snow, frozen ground, or unsafe working conditions. Weather related delays do not constitute a breach of service.


Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the approved estimate or service agreement. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing.

Late payments may result in service delays, suspension of future services, or additional fees.


Property Conditions and Utilities

Client is responsible for identifying and marking private utilities, irrigation lines, underground wiring, pet containment systems, and any hidden obstacles prior to service.

Aspen Property Services is not responsible for damage to unmarked or unknown underground items.


Damage and Liability

Aspen Property Services will take reasonable care to protect property during service. Minor disturbances to turf, soil, or landscaping may occur as part of normal service operations.

Aspen Property Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or issues caused by improper drainage, soil conditions, or previous installations.


Snow and Ice Management Disclaimer

Snow and ice management services reduce risk but do not guarantee slip free surfaces. Client acknowledges that snow and ice conditions are inherently hazardous.

Aspen Property Services is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from weather conditions beyond reasonable control.


Warranty and Workmanship

Aspen Property Services stands behind its workmanship. Any concerns related to completed work must be reported within a reasonable timeframe so they may be addressed.

Plant health, turf performance, and materials are subject to environmental conditions and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.


Cancellation Policy

Scheduled services may be canceled with reasonable notice. Late cancellations may result in fees depending on service type and scheduling impact.

Seasonal and contract services may have additional cancellation terms outlined in the service agreement.


Right to Refuse Service
